The Guangzhou White Swan Hotel is surrounded by banyan trees, thus the hotel metamorphoses into a "xanadu" in the downtown. The Guangzhou White Swan Hotel is located in the south of the time-honored Shamian Island, adjoins the White Goose Deep Pool where three rivers converge. The Guangzhou White Swan Hotel is the first sino-foreign joint five - star hotel in China.This large modern hotel is the fisrt one which was designed 、constructed and managed all on Chinese own. In March 2013 Chinese Merchants Co.,Ltd took part in the public tender of the "Guangzhou White Swan Hotel laundry equipments procurement and related services ‘’ project and won the bidding, that means we received the more than 11 million RMB order. Experience and professionalism is the key to succeed. Chinese Merchants has over 20 years of experiences about disassembling 、installation and maintenance of equipments, especially on reconstructing and renewing the outdated five-start hotels.
Chinese Merchants insists the principle of ‘Sincerity& Profession’ ，meanwhile we also take this principle as the consistent company philosophy of Chinese Merchants. In view of the tremendous influence of the White Swan Project, we will look upon the White Swan Project as this year's priority. Since the contract was signed on15th, June, 2013, Chinese Merchants has assigned project-related personnel to deal with the follow-up affairs. Due to the long-term good relationships and cooperation whit such well-known overseas laundry equipment manufacturers, Chinese Merchants has arranged all of the equipments satisfactorily within less than 3 months as schedule. After being cleared by the customs, the freight corporation has already transported all these equipments to the freight yard. And then, after passing quality and security test of China Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, we transported all these equipments to the White Swan Hotel immediately.
The White Swan Hotel is located in the south of the Shamian Island, and a special approach bridge is the only way to reach downtown. The height, size and capacity of trucks are strictly restricted according to regulations, in case of ruining the surroundings. Undoubtedly, that made the entering of equipments intractable and difficult, on account of large&heavy equipments of this project. In spite of this, Chinese Merchants still lives up to expectations of the clients and was successful in bringing all the equipments in place on the 15th of June 2013 as scheduled.
Due to the restraint in the building construction and other perilious situations, the project is progressing slowly. Chinses Merchants continued to cooperate and communicate with the proprietor making sure the project is pursued effectively.
After unloding , the first step should be disassembling some large&heavy equipments, then we have to crane the equipments from the first floor’ s lifting entrance to the laundry room located about ten meters underground.Then, the next step is to reassemble all this equipments. To sum up, we can know how daedal and difficult the project is. Nevertheless, Chinese Merchants faces up to all this challenges, and performs work tasks step-by-step with many years’ installation experiences and skills. The installation of the rest of the equipments is going smoothly and the civil engineering and interior trimming of the project is sure to follow.
