The ‘Guangzhou White Swan Hotel laundry equipments procurement and related services’ project on March, 2013 |

After strict screening of the bidding company and hotel, Chinese Merchants Co.,Ltd conducted field survey, data access and technical assessment of the hotel.In March 2013, the Chinese Merchants won the bidding, and signed the "Guangzhou white swan hotel laundry equipment procurement and related services projects" contract with Guangzhou white swan hotel . The order valued over 11 million yuan RMB.
This was not the first time that Chinese Merchants cooperated with Guangzhou white swan hotel. As early as in 1995, Mr. Steven Dong of Chinese Merchants had been responsible to successfully break down 3 pieces of Braun 400NTDP-2 washing machine for the hotel, with the professional technology and rich experience which won the customers’s praise and left a good impression and good word of mouth. “Customers go first” is the principle of Chinese Merchants since it built up and it accumulated countless reputation in this field.In the base of a solid level of technology and high quality of Pre-sale and after sale service,Chinese Merchants tried its best to transcend and chanllenge itself.In Frb 2012,Chinese Merchants won the order of eco-park project of the Hebei Hutuohe Guest House.In Sep 2012,Chinese Merchants won another two projects,which is “the Zhengzhou Crowne Plaza Hotel, the Sofitel Zhengzhou International hotel “and “Jixi Kowloon Garden Hotel” Project , which accumulated rich experience in large-scale projects for Chinese Merchants.However ,the project of Guangzhou white swan hotel has difference from above.It no only requires Chinese Merchants offering large-scale equipments,but also includes the installation and construction of drainage system, power supply system,lighting systems, steam systems, air conditioning , ventilation systems and compressed air systems for the new structure of the hotel.This is absolutely a new chanllenge for Chinese Merchants.Through field survey and technical assessment continuously, Chinese Merchants comes out the difficulties of the project:firstly, the purchase of 3 pieces of 400 NTVP - 2 washing machine belongs to the large capacity washing equipment, capacity of 450 pounds (204 kg),which undoubtedly increase the difficulties of lifting, land transport, handling and disassembly,which puts forward higher requirements for professional technology;secondly, the interval of laundry area of the hotel is narrow,as well as the stairway.The 2 sets of EX-800-2-3000 machine are huge volume ,which require for more space and position,which puts forwards more requirement for Chinese Merchants.Thirdly, due to the construction of original laundry was old, Chinese Merchants need to design and modificate again to fit the space and position of this large-scale equipments.Coupled with the installation and construction of drainage system, power supply and distribution system, lighting system ，steam system, air conditioning ， ventilation system and compressed air system ，it puts forward high requirement for Chinese Merchants which always sales large-scale equipments．This breakthrough, will become a milestone on the road of advance of Chinese Merchants. The trust of customers is the motivation of Chinese Merchants, and Chinese Merchants must live up to expectations. The project has been started, all the preparatory work is also progressing well.
